EXXCEL was selected by Arconic to provide design and construction services to expand their current aerospace operations facility. The expansion is 82,000 sf and includes a two-story office, manufacturing area, and additional car parking. The 82,000 sf expansion features a 12,000 sf two-story office, masonry wainscot insulated metal walls, and 100 additional car parking.
