At the helm of our Leadership Team, Doug Reardon has directly supervised more than 125 million sf of commercial, industrial, and warehouse construction in the United States; spanning as far south as Texas and Florida, west as far as California, east as far as Pennsylvania, and north as far as Massachusetts. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Target Construction Company and Chief Operating Officer of Taggart, Marryott, Reardon Co. He possesses extensive experience in all technical and managerial aspects associated with the construction of warehouses, manufacturing, retail and office facilities. He is nationally recognized as an expert in the field.
Ken Ackerman, one of the founders of the Warehousing Education Research Council (WERC), and the former owner of what is today known as Excel Logistics USA (now DHL), recognizes Doug Reardon as a leading authority on warehouse design and construction processes.
