Inno•Pak has been headquartered in the City of Delaware since 2005 and an important part of the community. However, they were outgrowing their manufacturing facility. Working closely with the City of Delaware, EXXCEL started development on an 89 acre property which became Sawmill Pointe Business Park. Inno•Pak took the plunge and relocated their headquarters and container fabrication operations to a new facility while maintaining their community presence in Delaware. This 202,165 SF single-load building is constructed with full-height insulated concrete tilt walls, an R-20 induction welded 60 mil TPO roof, 13 equipped dock positions, two drive-in door openings with motor operated 14’x16’ doors, clear height of 32’-0” at the first interior column, and a 7” concrete slab with an overall floor flatness rating of Ff50/Fl 35. Due to the unavailability of precast wall panels, all the perimeter walls were formed and poured on site on top of the completed slab-on-grade and then tilted
